BIOGRAPHY

Pip grew up in Plymouth, studying at Ridgeway School Comprehensive, before reading Drama & Theatre Arts at University of Birmingham. He began his career in new writing, developing and directing for the fringe, and becoming an Assistant Director at Birmingham Rep and a Support Worker to the Royal Court Young Writers Project.

Pip's freelance work on classic plays includes open air theatre, touring, and a number of Georgian plays for the Restore the Repertoire programme at Theatre Royal Bury St Edmunds.

Pip was an Associate Director of Perfect Pitch Musicals, developing and directing new musical theatre in workshops, showcases and premieres. He has worked as Resident Director on a number of large scale productions in the West End, and as an Associate Director in the UK and overseas, in English and in translation.
